Sand, Sea, Sky, Abermawr

Abstract Impressionist coastal painting, 60x60cm, unframed and ready to hang.

The beautiful West coast of Wales is a massive source of inspiration for me, I travel there at least twice a year,taking my paints and sketchbooks with me. This is my view of Abermawr beach, on the footpath, looking down to the beach at low tide.

I use beautiful quality acrylic paints, mostly Golden acrylic, and Lascaux, and a large variety of brushes and palette knives, to drip, wash, smudge and paint the surface of the canvas, to create a rich and varied painting.

This 60x60cm painting is unframed. It has white painted edges and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
