Beside the Seaside

40x40cm abstract impressionist painting.

Summer colour and light permeate my thoughts in this painting, where I am focused on warm skies, sea walking on and floral footpaths.

I use beautiful quality acrylic paints, mostly Golden acrylic, and Lascaux, and a large variety of brushes and palette knives, to drip, wash, smudge and paint the surface of the canvas, to create a rich and varied painting.

This 40x40cm landscape painting is acrylic on canvas. It’s unframed. It has white painted edges, and is strung with picture cord.
